The deck of this house also required refinishing
The first step was to strip off the old finish with a finish remover which
darkens the wood.
The next step is to use a cleaner brightener which lightens the wood close
to it's original state.
( This process is labor intensive requiring a lot of scrubbing and tons
of water )
The final step and my favorite part of the job is applying the stain
